Shipping and Returned

About Shipping:

Delivery is guaranteed! If your shipment is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.

Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from China to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase.

*Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your handbags.

*Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.

*We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

*We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

Expedite Shipping (7-10 days)

about tracking paper, customer label, packing list:

1, Please kindly be noted that the tracking number (E*****CN) on the customer label and tracking paper are exactly the same. If not, please email us the 2 different tracking numbers ASAP and reject the package.

2, Please kindly check the items listed on the packing list are the same as what you received in the parcel

 

 

 

·         Shipping Notes

1. We can ship from China to virtually any international regions in the world including the major destinations such as USA, UK, Italy, France,Canada, Europe, Australia,Singapore,Qatar, Kuwait,UAE and some Asia countries etc.

2. Once the items are shipped, we will send you an email with the available tracking number which shows the item is "Delivering".

·         You will receive the items within 7-15 days normally.

3. Our shipping methods also have expedited shipping, such as DHL or UPS. Delivery days vary depending on the shipping methods you chose and where you're located. It will take about 10-15 days if you choose EMS shipping ,while 7-10 days if you choose expedited shipping. Kindly remind, if you are located in Netherland, Kuwait, Qatar or UAE, we can only ship the items to you via expedited shipping.  If you are located in Italy, we strongly suggest you to choose expedited shipping because you will be easily receive the package and have little trouble with the Italy customs.

If your tracking number starts with EA or EE , then your package has been shipped by EMS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website. Here are some common sites below.

Returns and Refund policy

Our aim is to offer you the super quality products and guarantee 100% satisfaction of our items. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.

1.We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

·         *shipping errors

·         *damaged goods

·         *lost or blocked in custom

·         2.If you need to return any items , please to do so with the items unused. Please also keep all labels and tags on items too. Otherwise, the returned items will not be accepted. You have 30 days to do so. You will have to pay for return postage and you must obtain a certificate of posting from the post office. This certificate is free of charge. If the items are returned in the same condition as you received them then you will be fully refunded the cost of the items returned minus $40USD for per bag or $20USD for per shirt and shoes.Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping postage and your return postage.

·         4.Please E-mail all returns request back to: asa@luxus-replica.com . Please choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you need to state:
* Your order number
* Item(s) you want to return
* The reason you want to make a return.
* Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out

·         Our customer service will send you a "Return Form" when we receive your email. Please fill the form and send it back together with your returned packages.
